The Ministry of Health (MOH) is in charge of issuing licenses to dentists in every emirate of the UAE except for Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Both of these emirates have their own licensing bodies.
The 5 emirates that the Ministry of Health issues dental licenses for are:
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain.
Part of the licensing process includes passing an oral interview and/or computerized exam.
This year the UAE Ministry of Health dental exams will take place in September and December. Before you can register for the MOH dental exam you must submit an online application and provide all the necessary documents.
